Beschreibung
InternSim is an AI-powered Career Flight Simulator designed for connecting theory learning and real-world work experience. The current system requires students to gain experience through internships, but access to those opportunities is restricted by connections, location, cost, and availability. As a result, many capable students are excluded.
InternSim turns experience-gaining into something accessible. Instead of relying on physical internships, students can access dynamic, high-pressure workplace simulations across a wide range of industries, including business, healthcare, engineering, humanities, and more. These scenarios are powered by generative AI and reflect real workplace challenges such as changing deadlines, client conflicts, team communication issues, and unexpected changes.
Unlike traditional learning platforms that focus on passive content, InternSim emphasizes active decision-making. Students must respond in real time; their choices directly impact how each scenario unfolds, and as their skills develop, complexity and pressure increase.
At the end of each simulation, InternSim generates a Professional Readiness Score that evaluates key soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and stress management. Students can track their growth through a detailed analytics dashboard and build a verified experience portfolio that demonstrates their skills, not just with a resume.
InternSim creates a safe environment where students can fail, learn, and improve without real-world consequences. By changing career preparation from just watching to hands-on practice, the platform gives students the opportunity to gain meaningful experience before entering the workforce.
