At the end of each simulation, InternSim generates a Professional Readiness Score that evaluates key soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and stress management. Students can track their growth through a detailed analytics dashboard and build a verified experience portfolio that demonstrates their skills, not just with a resume.
