Beschreibung

Almaty Creative Lab is a non-profit organization, which is aimed to assist actors, musicians, and artists earn additional income in order to teach children and teenagers, based on the preference of both parties .The main objective of a project is to create a deeper understanding and appreciation of arts and culture perspectives for individuals by creating a connection between teachers – professional actors, musicians, or artists with an enriched amount of knowledge and a row of skills – and students – who are interested in pursuing arts – to be engaged in learning process. This involves creating an available platform for initiative students and their parents, where they can find a tutor that matches their preferences( as well as directions for their preferences, e.g. music style etc.), while tutors, in turn, can generate revenue by helping the youth to deepen their knowledge in arts and share their experience . Tutors can place their application form on the platform, where kids and teenagers alongside with their parents can find a ‘’perfect tutor’’. Having conducted a survey involving 100+ students, I observed that the majority of them ceased pursuing playing on instruments due to the poorly-matching teachers that they couldn’t get along with. As a person who graduated from Music School with Honours this led me to the idea of finding this platform to make other students be engaged with a bright captivating curriculum, which my teacher, Roza Atambekovna, has discovered for me in an interesting and appealing way. Similarly, the same idea was present to other fields of the art industry, where I saw the enthusiasm of others fade away because of the tutor that didn’t match them.

Expertise

My expertise lies at the unique intersection of rigorous macroeconomic analysis, creative arts, and disciplined leadership. With a foundation built on ten years of classical piano performance and an academic background enhanced by Stanford Pre-Collegiate training in macroeconomics, I possess the rare ability to bridge the gap between "high art" and "market function." My proficiency is further evidenced by a professional-level command of English (IELTS 8.0) and high-level problem-solving skills honed through competitive mathematics and karate. This interdisciplinary "spike" allows me to view the creative sector not just as a cultural pursuit, but as a structured economic ecosystem driven by human capital, data-driven insights, and entrepreneurial agency.I can support other organizations by offering a specialized perspective on professionalizing creative initiatives and optimizing market infrastructures. For NGOs and academic institutions, I can provide data-backed strategies to mitigate "information asymmetry" in education, helping to design verification systems that ensure quality and transparency. For business incubators and startups, I offer expertise in "creative entrepreneurship"—translating complex economic concepts into actionable frameworks for artists, such as intellectual property management and market positioning. Additionally, I can assist organizations in developing social impact programs that function as "social elevators," creating measurable models for inclusive education and talent retention to prevent regional brain drain. By merging systematic logic with artistic sensitivity, I help organizations transform unorganized talent into sustainable, productive economic assets.
