MISSION Despite Vietnam's economic expansion in recent decades, the prevalence of cultural barriers and insufficient access to resources hinder women from tapping into their fullest entrepreneurial capabilities. Therefore, in an effort to bridge the gender gap within Vietnam's startup landscape, SheCapital was created as a digital platform with a mission to enhance financial access and inclusion for women entrepreneurs in the country. Leveraging the power of financial technology, we aim to provide them with greater access to capital, resources, and support services that can help them launch and grow their ventures. II. VISION At SheCapital, we envision a world where all Vietnamese women can achieve their entrepreneurial aspirations and become confident leaders of their future. By empowering more women to launch and scale their ventures through increased financial access, we will catalyze a new generation of Vietnamese women leaders who will drive economic progress, inspire positive social change, and become role models for the next wave of aspiring entrepreneurs in the country. II. PRODUCT FEATURES 1. Access to Capital: To begin with, our app is home to a comprehensive database consisting of local and international women-friendly funding sources, including bank loans, venture capital funds, business grants, and angel investors specifically interested in supporting female founders. The database will be meticulously maintained and updated on a monthly basis, ensuring women entrepreneurs have access to the latest financing options. Additionally, the app will leverage sophisticated matchmaking algorithms to pair each user with ideal investors and funding programs that align with their business model and growth stage. 2. Financial Education: In addition to facilitating access to capital resources, we also seek to empower women entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively oversee the financial health of their businesses. Therefore, SheCapital offers an extensive library of self-paced courses, webinars, and resources covering topics like bookkeeping, cash flow management, and financial planning, and beyond. Not only so, users will have access to a variety of templates and frameworks to help them create comprehensive, investor-ready documents that can boost their chances of securing prospective investments. 3. Networking Opportunities: Lastly, SheCapital's online community is a powerful tool to connect women entrepreneurs with peers, mentors, and industry experts across the country. From discussion forums to private messaging capabilities, our community provides endless opportunities for aspiring founders to build meaningful connections, expand their professional circles, and tap into the collective wisdom of successful entrepreneurs and industry experts. Through these engagements, we will cultivate an ecosystem where all women can leverage the support of one another to ideate, launch, and scale their business successfully.

My main expertise lies in market research and project management. As a student researcher currently conducting a study on the role of microfinance institutions in promoting financial access for women-owned SMEs in Vietnam, I have cultivated an interdisciplinary skillset that can be applied to understand a variety of markets and economies beyond my own country. Additionally, my experience as the founder of Her Finance File, an international financial literacy organization for girls, has provided me with invaluable management, program development, and outreach skills that I can contribute to other organizations to help expand their digital presence.
