Beschreibung
Neuroxx is an innovative wearable system designed to read, replicate, and analyze nerve signals between two individuals in real time. The system consists of three main components: Patch 1 (placed on Person A) detects and records a nerve signal; this signal is processed by a controller box that amplifies, filters, and safely transmits it; Patch 2 (placed on Person B) replicates the same signal in the corresponding nerve of Person B. A third patch (Patch 3) records Person B’s response to the stimulation, and a connected monitor visualizes both individuals’ nerve data side-by-side.
This system enables controlled, non-invasive simulation of nerve responses across individuals, allowing comparison of sensitivity, reaction patterns, and muscle activation. Neuroxx is intended for medical researchers, physiotherapists, educators, and developers of neural technologies. It supports personalized therapy research, nerve rehabilitation studies, and empathy-driven medical training by letting professionals understand how different bodies react to the same neural input.
The device uses surface EMG sensors and stimulation circuits, powered and controlled via a central microcontroller (e.g., Arduino or Raspberry Pi). It also includes safety circuits to prevent overstimulation and logs data for later analysis or machine learning training. Neuroxx may help in early detection of nerve disorders, optimizing rehabilitation plans, or teaching students about nerve function in a realistic and hands-on way.
By bridging human neural responses through technology, Neuroxx introduces a new form of sensory communication that has the potential to enhance diagnostics, therapy personalization, and human understanding of neural diversity.
Expertise
As a student innovator, my strength lies in creative problem-solving, ideation, and making complex ideas understandable and exciting. I can support other organizations through concept development, pitching new medical-tech ideas, and creating meaningful connections between science, education, and user experience. I offer fresh perspectives and the ability to visualize future-facing solutions in a simplified, relatable way.
