IdeeNorth Star Youth Employment Platform

Hello, my name is Francesco, a 16 year old teen from Florida/USA. I am building a career platform for teens ages 13-17 to solve the issue of lack of career preparation amongst global teens. Today, youth face a growing challenge of finding employment due to local and global economics, an aging workforce, safety and transportation concerns, mental readiness and lack of basic skillsets taught in mainstream classrooms. I am going to change the narrative by giving teens globally the opportunity to make money anywhere, anytime with my career platform called North Star. The North Star platform at its core, is an aggregator. An aggregator offers a valuable service by expanding online reach ensuring attraction of a larger, more diverse viewership pool. The targeted audience of North Star will have a content hub with curated teen centric money-making opportunities. Displaying content from vetted external sources in one centralized place, the primary paid micro tasks will be participation in consumer surveys. The voice of the customer is a powerful mechanism that enables companies to apprehend their customer’s needs, wants and preferences. Thru the use of data, specifically consumer panel surveys, a business’s operations are streamlined with the utilization of predictive modeling. The main aim of consumer surveys is to collect data and feedback from target audiences. North Star will harness thousands of surveys and launch to individuals known as panelists who provide detailed information about their purchasing habits. The consolidated results strengthen the customer and product relationships thru consumer involvement. The teen gets paid for completed surveys ranging in price from $.50-$100.00 per survey based on complexity. The platform is 24/7 allowing for anytime and anyplace opportunities to generate self-income
