  • What is your background?

My name is Ndaman Joshua Olayinka and the name of my project is ''Delivery agents for the recycling of waste plastic and polythene reduces poverty''. I am a Nigerian. I have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and also an Entrepreneur by profession.

  • Describe your idea or project in two sentences.

My project deals with creating a source of employment for youths and reduction in poverty in Lagos through the delivery of waste plastic and polyethylene to Recycling company.

  • What are the benefits you take from the Entrepreneurship Campus?

Though the entrepreneurship campus i gained more ideas and also i learnt from other campus members comment and advice on how to improve my ideas, And i have been motivated to do more and become a fully employed entrepreneur.

  • What motivates you to be an entrepreneur?

What motivates me to be an entrepreneur is that i have passion to see people great in life. I hate it when people suffer. I also became motivated because it is a very lucrative business for all. An entrepreneur to me is a solution provide. I have passion to see youths succeed in all areas of business and that is why i became an entrepreneur.

  • Imagine you have ‚supreme power’ to create and innovate: how would your world look like? What changes would you like to make in your community and/or in the world? Share your thoughts from a ‚supreme power’ and entrepreneur standpoint.

I would make sure everybody leaves a king type of lifestyle. I would create an environment were no matter what you sell you are very rich. It would be a world of technology, crime free, shelter for all, constant light, reduced time of work, a comfortable environment to relax and a world of happiness. No suffering.

  • What would you say to potential voters who may be reading your interview?

My idea is for others to read and if possible invest on. I read other campus members ideas and i was motivated to pick one or two as a line of business. As you vote read about the idea and try and see what you can improve or add to it and make it a source of business that would create employment opportunities for all. Thank you for your vote.
