Biography
Middle Beef is a Mexican FinTech-AgTech hybrid transforming traditional livestock farming into a scalable vehicle for climate resilience and rural justice. Operating from Veracruz, Mexico, we connect smart private capital with certified local producers ("medieros") through a collaborative, regenerative grazing model.
We solve two critical problems: the lack of access to fair financing for smallholder farmers and the environmental degradation caused by traditional cattle ranching. Through our sustainable "2 and 20" operational structure, we guarantee end-to-end traceability, veterinary support, and absolute risk mitigation without charging producers upfront.
By ensuring a fair 50/50 profit split with the farmer and implementing regenerative practices that restore soil health, Middle Beef directly advances UN SDGs 8 (Decent Work), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and 13 (Climate Action). We prove that ethical climate capital and rural empowerment can go hand in hand.
