How to work with Ingabire?
To work with me, I respect others and like their respect in return. I also like to get everyone's ideas before making an overall decision. In addition, boundaries must be obeyed for both sides to work properly. I don't enjoy mixing up work and other things.
Biography
Regine Ingabire is passionate about organic and regenerative farming, which mitigates the overuse of synthetic fertilizers in sub-Saharan and East Africa. She holds a Master of Science in Agronomy from Egerton University and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Rwanda, which reflects her love and commitment to nature conservation. Regine actively promotes the adoption of organic systems across all food systems to enhance sustainability and environmental health. She founded Green Grow Organics in 2024, a company that produces various organic foliar fertilizers derived from plants rich in macro and micronutrients, mostly in mountainous regions, as the soil-applied fertilizers are not effective due to excessive erosion. Currently, Regine serves as a youth representative at the World Food Forum, advocating for youth engagement and sustainable solutions in agrifood systems. In addition, she is working with the OCP company from Kenya as an independent consultant in the data review system of agricultural data provided by Satellite and agents.
