Description
AgriNanoX is a pioneering precision agriculture solution designed to act as the missing piece in modern farming which includes the real-time, direct measurement of soil macronutrients (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium - NPK). While current IoT systems focus on secondary variables like humidity or temperature, AgriNanoX dives deep into the rhizosphere (root zone) to provide the exact nutritional data required for optimal plant growth. The system is built upon a sophisticated three-layer architecture:
Layer 1: The Nano Sensor Hardware. Utilizing cutting-edge materials like Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) and Functionalized Graphene, AgriNanoX employs nano-selective membranes. These membranes act as high-precision filters that allow only specific ions (NO3-, H2PO4+, K+) to pass through, converting chemical concentrations into precise electrical signals (ppm). Unlike handheld devices that offer sporadic snapshots, these sensors operate continuously underground with an IP68-rated durability.
Layer 2: The AI Intelligence Engine. Raw data is transmitted via LoRaWAN (covering a 5–10km range without needing Wi-Fi) to a cloud-based AI. This engine compares real-time NPK levels against specific growth models for high-value crops like Dragonfruit. It accounts for the crop's current stage, including the vegetative state, flowering, or fruiting to provide a customized nutritional prescription.
Layer 3: The Automated Fertigation System. The final link is an automated closed-loop system. Based on AI analysis, the system triggers pumps and valves to mix and deliver the exact amount of fertilizer needed through existing irrigation lines. This removes human error and ensures the plant receives nutrients precisely when it needs them.
