Where are my strengths? What comes easily to me?

Search for new ways of looking at the problem.

Where do I break out of convention and move toward function?

For example: How can I simplify processes and/or leave things out?

What ecological problems can my idea solve?

What are the clearly identifiable market advantages of my idea? (What makes my idea stand out?)

Is the idea concept I have worked out so far sufficient to achieve good profits in the long term?

Where could I use components? Do these components relieve me of tasks that I am not good at or that I am not well suited to?

Can I fall back on what I already have (multiple use)?

How do I protect myself from technological obsolescence?

How do I protect myself from economic obsolescence?

Is what I have achieved so far really sufficient to successfully implement my concept in the market?

How does my idea create sustainable value?

What could I make my idea even more sustainable?

What are the key points of my idea in terms of sustainability?

How can I present my concept to potential customers?

What conclusions can be drawn from this? What does this mean for my idea?

Thanks to the hospital census databases in my country, it is easier for me to have access to hospitals with an incubator service. Thus each hospital could indicate daily to our Baby+ITECH team the number of incubators available if necessary.
