I'LL LEAN is an online career development program that addresses the need for accessible skills enhancement, career workshops, and mentorship programs for Filipino students. In the Philippines, the lack of accessible career-related information and assistance has inspired I'LL LEAN to create innovative opportunities to help students in their career paths. First, this idea will be accessible on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, YouTube, and Instagram) through free webinars with guests on our topic. We invite renowned experts from the Philippines and overseas to be our guests. This program stands out because it's interactive and relatable, not following the traditional lecture style. There has always been an inequality that divides the privileged and unprivileged in accessing resources and advice related to career guidance. Unlike existing career events that charge attendees a high price, our program will offer students free access to events, workshops, and webinars without fees.  The second part of I'LL LEAN is that we will conduct weekly interviews or podcasts with career experts in their field. The topics will cover career-related issues for students, such as choosing careers, shifting interests, and managing expectations. We will upload the videos and podcasts to our official social media handles. However, our audiences may purchase exclusive content from interviews and additional tips from our experts. Proceeds will go to various charitable institutions.  At present, I’LL LEAN has started networking with international partners and conducted pilot podcasts with notable figures in the Philippines and overseas. Some of them include Jopet Sison (TV personality/public servant), Marti Grimminck (Your Big Year/International Connector), Nikora Ngaropo (Hollywood film animator/NNMD and Young Animators), and Dr. Gene Mosely (International Artist).

With extensive experience in event management and marketing, I can elevate this idea into an exceptional project. The programs I led include Michelle Mclean (Miss Universe 1992), Dr. Guido David, Suzette Doctolero, Sofia Lopez Galve, Venus Raj, HRH Tunku Zain Al'Abidin, and many more. I’LL LEAN is a non-profit idea committed to the SDG goals of building relationships, reducing inequality in accessing career guidance, and promoting career education. Since the first part of our project is conducting webinars, we can promote their organizations in our program and include their logo in our official posters. We can also utilize our social media channels to share their posts and publications to increase visibility and engagement. We will upload our webisodes on our page and offer partnerships with organizations, featuring them as guest speakers. Most of all, if we partner with high-profile guests, we can create a premium package where our subscribers can access exclusive content. Per our philosophy, the proceeds will support the Kythe Foundation, the AHA Learning Center, and other charity institutions.
