Description
Skill Addis is an emerging hybrid learning and empowerment platform aimed at equipping underserved African youth particularly women with the digital, creative, and soft skills needed to succeed in today’s global job market. By combining online learning, mentorship, and project-based experiences, the platform seeks to close the gap between education and meaningful employment.
Rooted in principles of inclusion and innovation, Skill Addis envisions a future where young talent from marginalized communities can access high-quality, flexible learning; develop practical portfolios; and connect to remote work, entrepreneurship pathways, and job opportunities in the tech, creative, and business sectors.
Currently in its conceptual stage, Skill Addis offers a compelling opportunity to engage collaborators, supporters, and partners who are passionate about equity and youth empowerment. Building the platform from the ground up invites co-creation and shared ownership in designing an inclusive ecosystem where purpose-driven talent can grow and thrive.
