Description
NeuralFusion™ is a cognitive development SaaS platform built on a proprietary four-mode thinking framework: Analytical, Intuitive, Associative, and Reflective. Most people think predominantly in one mode, creating what we call Cognitive Fragmentation — a measurable gap between their current and potential cognitive performance.
Users begin with the Cognitive Fragmentation Index (CFI), a 13-item, five-dimension diagnostic instrument that produces a personalised score (max 65 points) revealing their thinking profile. The platform then delivers a structured five-lesson curriculum tailored to their CFI results, training all four thinking modes through guided exercises and reflection.
NeuralFusion™ operates on a freemium model free CFI access with premium curriculum unlock at ₦5,600 via Paystack. Enterprise clients receive cohort delivery, facilitator guides, and institutional licensing for L&D teams and HR departments. The platform is live, actively serving users.
Founded and built in Nigeria, NeuralFusion™ targets professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and organisations globally who need to move beyond surface-level productivity tools and develop genuine cognitive capacity.
Expertise
I am a cognitive framework designer and SaaS founder with deep expertise in translating complex cognitive science into structured, measurable training systems. I can support organisations by:
Delivering the CFI assessment as a diagnostic tool for team cognitive profiling identifying how different team members think and where decision-making gaps exist. Providing the Enterprise Facilitator Guide for in-house L&D teams to run NeuralFusion™ cohorts internally. Consulting on cognitive diversity strategy helping HR and leadership teams build environments where all four thinking modes are represented and valued. Offering white-paper backed research on cognitive fragmentation as a root cause of poor team performance, burnout, and innovation bottlenecks.
