AGYLE (African German Young Leaders in Business) is looking for 40 young leaders from Africa and Germany. The program that establishes links between young African and German leaders and creates a sustainable business network announced last week that it is now inviting applications for its 2022 round.
Under the motto: 'Green innovation – young leaders tackling climate change' the program is looking for individuals seeking to contribute to addressing the global issue of climate change – with a sustainable mindset and in collaboration with others.
Twenty young leaders from selected African countries and 20 from Germany will be shortlisted by an international jury to attend a five-day digital event in June in Berlin. Later on in autumn, all the 80 participants of both editions will be invited to take place in a face-to-face event scheduled to take place in the German capital (if the pandemic situation allows).
Young leaders up to 40 years of age from Germany as well as Ghana, Ethiopia, Rwanda and
Tunisia from the fields of business, politics, media, and international cooperation.
Applications may be submitted online by 27 March 2022 at www.agyleprogramme.com. In addition to a letter of motivation, a letter of recommendation, and a CV, applicants must also submit a short, personal video statement.
