Workshop Business Qigong auf dem Entrepreneurship Summit 2024

First of all, just introduce yourself briefly: Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Awai Cheung, speaker, health coach and author. I was born in Berlin-Wilmersdorf and have my origins in Hong Kong. Since childhood I have learnt Asian martial arts such as Judo, Kung Fu and Tae Kwon Do and at the age of 17 I discovered the gentle movement teachings Tai Chi and Qigong. At the age of 18, I became interested in personal development and self-management.

As a speaker and health coach, I have been inspiring and motivating small, medium-sized and DAX companies for their managers and employees, both nationally and internationally, for more than 25 years.

Since June 2021, "Business Qigong according to Awai Cheung" has been certified and recognised by the Central Prevention Testing Centre (ZPP) according to § 20 SGB V.

1. What is the Qi formula?

The Qi formula is the Far Eastern answer to Western European economic requirements. In the age of digitalisation, in which work processes are changing and the boundary between work and leisure time is becoming increasingly blurred through home office, co-working and teleworking, strengthening the body, mind and soul is more important than ever. The specially organised physical and mental training sessions serve to maintain and promote physical and mental health and to raise awareness of their interrelationships in everyday life.

The aim of the method is to achieve greater body awareness, mindfulness and a positive attitude in order to feel better and more relaxed and have a more energised day. Motivation and self-discipline and the good thing about my training is that you are your own gym, you don't need any equipment, no special place, just your body as a "fitness machine" and your mind as a "motivator".

2. What is special about Business Qigong? How can entrepreneurs benefit from it?
