Biography
I’m fascinated by how language shapes our human experience, behavior, and identity.
Not just how we speak — but how we connect, perform, protect, and sometimes forget who we are underneath it all.
Much of my work centers around one question:
„Who are we beneath the roles we’ve learned to perform?“
The People-Pleaser. The Perfectionist. The Expert. The Co-Founder. The Good Girl. The Visionary. The One Who Has It All Together.
I work at the intersection of identity, language, psychology, neuroscience and entrepreneurship — helping individuals and organizations unmask the roles and beliefs that quietly shape how we lead, relate, and make decisions.
I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of IMBZ Institute, the first fully digital institute in Germany licensed by the German Medical Council to train medical doctors and psychotherapists in psychosomatic care and communication. Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported founders across sectors — from nutrition to cyber security — in strategic, operational, administrative, marketing, communication, and psychological roles.
But more importantly, I’ve supported them as human beings. Behind the pitch decks and product roadmaps, there are always stories, fears, masks — and a longing for something more honest.
Whether I’m teaching, speaking, or coaching — my intention is always the same: To create safe spaces where people remember who they are beneath the performance.
Unmasking isn’t a branding strategy. It’s a return to belonging.
And language — when used with awareness — becomes the most powerful tool we have to get there.

““Language is never just what we say, it is who we are allowed to be. To define speech is to define identity, because to name is to frame.””- Beatrice Schäfer
