Workshop mit dem Presencing Institute von Prof. Otto Scharmer (MIT)
Von Entrepreneurship Campus
Workshop am 25.04., 18:00-19:30 Uhr – online
How do we gain action confidence in this moment of disruption when the experiences of the past might not help us to respond effectively to the challenges we are confronted with? How can we learn and lead from the future as it emerges? Theory U, developed by action researchers at MIT’s Sloan School of Management under the leadership of Otto Scharmer, is a leadership methodology that allows change makers to learn and innovate in moments of disruption. Theory U is the innovation framework underlying u-lab, the online-to-offline learning journey hosted on MITx each Autumn. So far, over 180,000 people around the world have taken part in u-lab.
In this 90-minute experiential session we will introduce you to u-lab by taking a ‘mini U-journey’ together to connect with the places where our own sense of purpose aligns with what the world needs now and cultivate the confidence to step into new action.
