What is your idea - briefly explained?

From the autism spectrum, Asperger's autistic people in particular are very well suited for the first job market due to their special talents and abilities. In cooperation with the companies auticon and Diversicon, the economy can experience the potential of neurodivergent people and thereby achieve a triple added value.

What fundamental problem do you want to solve with it? What do you want to achieve?

Approximately 75-80% of all Asperger's autistic people are without a job in the primary labor market. The goal is to reduce this rate through direct employment at auticon as IT consultants and direct placement by Diversicon in the primary labor market.

Who is your non-plus-ultra role model? And why?

The composer Richard Wagner: despite his character flaws and his dubious views, I consider him one of the greatest artists of all time. His innovative approaches to opera and stage design, his preoccupation with the great themes of humanity, and his overwhelming music mean a great deal to me.

What no-go should aspiring founders avoid? What is your tip for them?

Wanting to do everything on your own. You need an honest self-analysis of what skills you have or don't have. Accordingly, you should get the missing know-how on board and acknowledge that others can do something better than you.

What does happiness mean to you?

For me, happiness means that, in retrospect, I am satisfied with what I have achieved and can also see negative experiences, defeats and setbacks as a gain in experience. Ultimately, it's about not squandering the available potential, but rather using it in a meaningful way. And as long as the inner fire is still burning in you, you can still change and improve things at an older age and feel happiness as a result.
