ProjectDance Dynamics Nonprofit: Increasing Accessibility to Dance Education for Youth

Welcome to Dance Dynamics! We are a 501(c)(3) youth-led nonprofit organization striving to advocate for greater arts recognition and provide an environment where dance education is accessible to all communities! We teach all styles of dance at different levels, ranging from ballet to hip-hop! Your child does not need to be experienced as we have implemented a multiple-level system. Whether you are looking to learn a new skill or have fun, Dance Dynamics is a great way to start! Our mission is to provide a safe space for young artists, teach dance to children of all backgrounds, and encourage them to pursue their passions. We hold dance workshops teaching a wide variety of dance genres and fundraisers where proceeds will go towards supplying dance gear to dancers. Currently, we collaborate with local dance studios and community centers to teach classes. Follow us on our journey to create art, empower dancers, and initiate change! Our mission is to provide a safe space for young artists, teach dance to children of all backgrounds, and encourage them to pursue their passions. We also hope to create a dance shoe drive, and distribute dance supplies to underprivileged dancers! To increase engagement for our shoe drive, we will be providing service hours for each pair of shoes/item of clothing donated. As we continue teaching classes in real life, we also plan to film beginner classes for those who are unable to attend weekly/are not near one of our locations. By connecting with local studios and homeless shelters, we will be able to make children's dreams come true and ensure accessible dance education for all! We hope to grow our logistics/outreach team and continue spreading our impact to all communities. I am experienced in the logistics of a nonprofit and can help others establish their organization officially. I can help aspiring youth and adults who want to create change to certify their organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award as well. I am also well-versed in social media and promotion for a nonprofit. Through experience with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and many other platforms, I can help your organization build a publicity team to engage with more volunteers. As a high schooler, I can contact many other young volunteers for an organization through VolunteerMatch and other sites. I also have experience with website making through programs such as Wix, Google Sites, and more. As a dance teacher, I can guide children with kindness and great expertise and help out with youth-centered nonprofits. I have designed a very engaging dance program to cater to my students' needs for multiple dance styles. Through experience with organizing events and workshops, I am good at increasing community engagement. I am very driven and truly want to make a difference in society and become a recognized youth changemaker. For those who have an idea but aren't sure how to tackle it, I will be there to support you!
