Constantinos “Kosta” Calios, born (1988) and raised in Berlin, is the founder and CEO of KoRo. He studied law in Berlin and Potsdam. The inspiration to become an entrepreneur stems from the book “Kopf schlägt Kapital” by Günter Faltin. The author describes the path of setting up a business without own capital. KoRo’s strong operational foundation is based on Kosta’s passion for processes. He has built the company on processing, automating and connecting all components of the business, from the purchasing department to social media channels. With his broad repertoire of ideas and curiosity, he not only optimises existing processes, but also continuously creates new possibilities for KoRo. Kosta is responsible for the quality management, logistics, customer service and coordinates all operational business processes. He regularly presents the vision and mission of KoRo at congresses and on podcasts.
