·Qualifications: 

·       >20 years of national and international sales, product management and marketing experience in the field of life science, molecular diagnostics, medical technology and analytical services

·       4 years as managing director of four service laboratories for the analysis of food and feed

• Responsibility for profit and loss of multiple business units including budget preparation and resources

·       Development of the strategy incl. targets and implementation of the resulting action plans for the business units and the Biology Testing cluster

·       Development and implementation of change processes, e.g., liquidation of a business unit

·       Optimization of production processes to increase service, quality and reduce costs

·       Initiation and actively driving activities with the central sales team and business units

·       Active market observation and management of competitive analyses

·       Evaluation and development of innovation fields such as digitalization and automation

·       Leadership, motivation and further development of the managing directors and their teams based on clearly defined target agreements and competence profiles

·       Responsibility for the quality management and sustainability of Food Germany
