Scholars begin with an intensive personal shift to replace limiting beliefs with purpose, then take up real roles—finance, outreach, logistics, coaching—and run the community through a Holacracy-inspired Symbiotic Enterprise. Everyone becomes a teacher as those in roles transfer skills to others.
Social enterprises are often launched without capital and are starting from strengths. Alumni replicate the model to seed new, self-organized SINAs adapted to local realities, making SINA a community ecosystem with 23 locations in nine countries and over 100 ventures and thousands of jobs created.
