THE WORKING WORLD OF THE FUTURE BELONGS TO ENTREPRENEURS
The Entrepreneurship Foundation has been organizing the Entrepreneurship Lab for over 20 years. The methods and techniques of the books "Brains vs Capital" and "Wir sind das Kapital" by Prof. Günter Faltin form the basis of the individual laboratory events. Founders learn systematically to develop a well thought-out, mature entrepreneurial concept - an Entrepreneurial Design - from an initial idea. Only then does the practical implementation begin. At the same time, participants have the opportunity to network with each other, exchange ideas and hone their own ideas. For advanced founders, the events offer the chance to professionally examine and decisively improve their own business model.
Successful founding requires good and intensive preparation. Expecting economic initiative from others, propagating optimism, demanding a willingness to take risks, distributing subsidies and formulating a few catchy slogans are not enough.
The word "laboratory" is intended to make it clear, based on its use in the natural sciences, that a systematic process is involved, i.e. more than just ideas and associations.
OPEN THE IDEA
In the laboratory, the idea is scrutinized and illuminated. Like a sculptor, the founder can work on the source material, create an idea structure that reflects the artist's concerns, but also the view of the market more clearly and precisely.
