What does it take for constructive cooperation to succeed: at work, in the family, when starting a business and even more so when sticking with it? How do I interact with my fellow human beings in a way that is good for me and others and helps us move forward together?

"Community Building" shows ways - very practical and feasible. With the help of simple but effective communication principles, participants learn how to communicate authentically and constructively. They learn to listen more deeply, to get to the bottom of themselves and to overcome their own obstacles in encounters with others and to connect even in difficult situations where opinions and lifestyles clash. And to move forward together.

Community building goes back to the psychologist Scott Peck, who has spent years researching the dynamics of groups and community processes and has crystallised the essential criteria that lead to stable and sustainable relationships.

In our workshop, we will give a brief introduction and then very quickly move into practice and use the time to bring the essence of community building to life.

It is very possible that even this session will have a lasting effect. Anyone who wants to continue and delve deeper afterwards will be given all the important information they need.
