Our vision at the Indian EcoHub for Women is to create a future where the everyday normal citizen is given the knowledge and resources to be well equipped to fight environmental instability. We want to do this by offering workshops, providing spaces for environmental conversations, and selling environmentally conscious products. We understand that India has come a long way and is now a much better place for women in terms of opportunity. But we must also acknowledge that a lot of areas in India doesn’t permit the growth of passion within women. That is why we have made this hub specifically for women in India to discover and water their passion for the environment- their home.

Most young people face significant challenges in gaining practical experience through internships. This reality became evident to me after my own attempt to enroll in an internship. I discovered that there were very few websites offering internships, and those available were targeted at university students or located in other countries. This experience highlighted the need for a program that provides internship opportunities to students worldwide, especially those in countries with limited internship availability, like my own. YouthWorkHub is an innovative initiative designed to tackle the pervasive issue of youth unemployment by offering a robust program that combines vocational training with job placement services. The program is intended for young people between the ages of 15 and 22, which includes both high school and college students. What sets YouthWorkHub apart from traditional internship programs is its comprehensive approach to bridging the gap between education and employment. By providing targeted training and facilitating connections with local businesses, YouthWorkHub ensures that participants gain valuable experience that directly aligns with their career aspirations. One of the core advantages of YouthWorkHub is its broad accessibility and customization. Unlike conventional programs that may only cater to university students or specific demographics, YouthWorkHub offers opportunities across various industries and skill levels, making it inclusive for a wider range of young people. The program's localized focus means that internships are tailored to meet the needs of the community, creating a symbiotic relationship between students and local businesses. This approach not only enhances the relevance of the work experience but also strengthens the local economy by supporting businesses with skilled interns. Moreover, YouthWorkHub's commitment to personalized training sets it apart from other internship programs. Each participant receives career counseling and vocational training that is specifically tailored to the requirements of their chosen internship. This level of customization ensures that students are well-prepared and equipped with the skills necessary to excel in their roles. Additionally, the training modules are accredited and provide recognized certifications, adding substantial value to the students' resumes and significantly enhancing their employability. In addressing geographical and accessibility constraints, YouthWorkHub offers flexible solutions such as remote internships and partnerships with multinational companies. This flexibility ensures that even students from areas with limited local opportunities can benefit from the program. Furthermore, YouthWorkHub's ongoing support and evaluation mechanisms, including continuous feedback collection, help refine and improve the program, ensuring high standards and effectiveness. Overall, YouthWorkHub stands out as a comprehensive and adaptable solution for empowering youth and fostering economic growth through practical, experience-driven internships.
The impact consumer’s behavior on climate change is a major international concern. To achieve digital carbon reduction from the consumer side, we have worked on effective solutions on Carbon Generalized System of Preferences (CGSP) and launched product "Green Inclusive Cloud - Carbon Emission Reduction Digital Account Book" which is a third-party underlying platform for green life and carbon emission reduction measurement. From the schematic diagram of the operation of the carbon account book, it can be seen that the top layer is for 1.4 billion Chinese people and various life scenarios, such as use of public transportation, driving new energy vehicles, sorting garbage, and reducing the use of disposables. Citizens' emission reduction behaviors are recorded by digital firms at the second layer, and at the same time the carbon account book is authorized to quantify and record, forming three account books for the government, enterprises and individuals. This has become essential as household consumption accounts for about two-thirds of global greenhouse gas emissions highlighted in UNEP's 2020 Emissions Gap Report. “Consumption end” has gradually overtaken “production end” to contribute more carbon emissions, which is a difficult and pain point of governance. The project uses digital technology to handle this challenge. The platform that digitally quantifies and awards the public's green behaviors has accumulated over 40 million users to participate in emission reduction, achieving a reduction of over 1 million tons. There are 1.4 billion people in China and 7 billion people in the world, our aim is to have more individuals reducing their carbon emissions and expand this solution globally.

Health2Hand is an innovative App designed to reduce medicinal waste and facilitate legal and healthy trades between givers and demanders nationwide. To register as a user on Health2Hand, everyone must undergo a self-verification process. This involves uploading a version of your ID to verify your identity and agreeing that all interactions you make on the app are legal and traceable. By meeting this prerequisite, you can engage in healthy and beneficial interactions with one another on the App. As a user, you are not only a potential giver but also a potential beneficiary, meaning that you can not only donate your spare medicines or drugs for stock rights which will also raise your charity value, but you can also buy needed medicines from others usually at a much lower price than those from pharmacies and other online stores which makes it a lot more appealing. Besides selling, users are also encouraged to donate their spare medicines or drugs directly through the app for stock rights of our App. Here is also when the charity value system comes into play, directly reflecting on how many medicines or drugs a user has already donated. The higher your charity value is, the more likely your in-sale products will be seen by people. Our app will set a reasonable price for all the goods donated and resell them to other users(preventing corruption from happening). In return, some of the stock rights will be given to the donors along with charity values. To avoid potential safety concerns, we have established a complete set of rules for all the trades happening. In order to make any type of trade (donations or selling), all the medicines are required to be brand new and uploaded with a clear picture of the barcode, the date of production, and the receipt. When the demanders buy a product from a giver, they are responsible for the delivery fee on the way, furthermore, by comparing the item with the information (pictures and authenticity provings) on the app and clicking “the received button”, the receiver acknowledges that the giver is irresponsible for any damages happening afterward. In the case that the demander receives the wrong items that they are not satisfied with, they can issue a return. The returning delivery fee will be paid by the giver. Our app will also charge an additional fee of 8% of the price for all the medicines sold successfully through the app and this surcharge will be used for the monthly maintenance of the app. For all the donations, we will sell them at the normal market price with certain discounts. In return, the donors will be given a certain amount of stock rights to our app as mentioned above. Additionally, we will open up chat functionalities between users, aiming to build a community where patients can support each other emotionally and psychologically. This feature will hopefully foster a supportive environment, enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved.

EcoNet: Revolutionizing the Fishing Industry with Sustainable Innovation Today, 640,000 tonnes of fishing nets are discarded in America alone, resulting in the deaths of nearly 7.3 million marine animals each year. While many industries have advanced significantly in the 21st century, the fishing industry remains anchored in 1960s net technology, despite its $212 billion market size. EcoNet is designed to address this stagnation by refining bioplastic materials and setting new industry standards. The Problems with Current Fishing Nets: Material Degradation: Current nets are made from cheap plastic, primarily nylon, which takes over 600 years to decompose in water. These nets are also prone to breaking, requiring replacement every 4 months and imposing financial burdens on fishermen. Bycatch Issues: The design of traditional nets fails to allow young fish or non-target species to escape, leading to high bycatch rates. Fish are often caught by their gills, resulting in unintended captures. Species Endangerment: Existing nets lack selectivity, contributing to the endangerment of various species. Consequently, 63 billion pounds of fish are discarded globally each year, a quantity sufficient to feed 1.6 billion people. The EcoNet Solution: EcoNet introduces a microalgae bioplastic with a distinctive hexagonal design aimed at reducing bycatch. This bioplastic is: Durable and Flexible: Unlike traditional plastics, EcoNet's material is robust and adaptable, ensuring longevity and efficiency. Biodegradable: EcoNet decomposes within 9 months in water, compared to 600 years for conventional fishing nets. Its breakdown products are nutrients consumed by marine life, making it environmentally safe. Microalgae, the core component, grows rapidly (9-12 feet per day) and sequesters carbon, adding to its ecological benefits. By integrating polymers (PBS), plasticizers (Glycerol), and compatibilizers (Potassium Peroxide Sulphate), EcoNet creates a new, durable material suitable for modern fishing needs. Design Innovations: Hexagonal Structure: This design enables young fish and non-target species to escape without getting caught by their gills, significantly reducing bycatch and increasing catch accuracy for fishermen. Green UV LED Lights: These lights deter species like turtles and dolphins while attracting target species such as salmon and trout. Benefits of EcoNet for Fishermen: Enhanced Catch Accuracy: The hexagonal design and green UV lights ensure a more precise catch. Reduced Bycatch: EcoNet minimizes the unintended capture of non-target species. Customizable Net Sizes: Fishermen can easily adjust the net hole size to suit their specific needs. EcoNet not only provides a sustainable and efficient solution for fishermen but also fosters a new, eco-friendly marketplace within the fishing industry. By setting a new trend with this innovative product, EcoNet aims to revolutionize the way we approach fishing in the 21st century.

My project is called the Go Tolk online communication course. This course lasts 4 weeks and is designed for people who have difficulty expressing their thoughts clearly and talking about various topics. My course consists of 4 important parts: author's card game TalkOut team building on communication daily interactive tasks author's guide "10 steps to developing communication skills" At team building events, I want to introduce a mini-debate format, because this option is one of the best for helping course participants express their thoughts clearly and learn how to talk with people on different topics. They can listen to the opinions of others, analyze and express their own point of view. I came up with the card game myself, starting with the design and ending with different life situations. This game will help participants get to know each other better and make new friends on the project Мy project solves many problems related to communication. A person's confidence is undermined due to lack of communication and he begins to withdraw into himself. Their self-esteem begins to fall and their mental health becomes unstable. In addition, due to problems with communication skills, it will be difficult for a person to climb the career ladder. It will be difficult for a person to communicate with colleagues at work. This leads to another problem: business and entrepreneurship. If a person does not trust others, does not listen to the advice of colleagues, this can reduce the productivity of the company.
